:: Allover Herati design motif with outlines of medallions bearing inverted coloration wrapped by signature cartouche main borders likely referencing literature from antiquity. Colors and shades include: Sandalwood, pale coffee brown, beige, sand, silver, oxidized silver, copper, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some light isolated oxidation and tinting to minor areas found in the field and corner. Mostly even patina across. One end measures more narrow at 8'11" as opposed to 9'4", within normal margins for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Tabriz carpet made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 9'4" x 12'.
